About Escondido Jaycees

The Escondido Junior Chamber of Commerce (Jaycees) is a non-profit organization of young active citizens age 18-40 years old who are engaged and committed to creating an impact in their communities. 

We organize social events, community outreach opportunities, personal and professional development seminars… and much more!

You do not need to be a resident of Escondido or a member of the Escondido Chamber of Commerce in order to attend our events.

The Escondido Jaycees (Junior Chamber of Commerce) were established in 1951, focusing on developing leadership skills in young residents aged 21–40. We are best known for organizing the annual Escondido Christmas Parade, which has been a continuous community tradition since 1951.
