Important Parade Information at a Glance

7:30am  Registration opens at the CCAE Parking Lot

340 N. Escondido Blvd., Escondido, CA 92025

8:30am Roads close

8:45am Deadline for registration

9:30am All entries must be in their line up position

Vanguard will ride up from the Chamber of Commerce to their line up positions

10:00am  Step off

12:30pm Awards Ceremony at Grape Day Park at Main Stage


Participant & Volunteer Parking (Please see Map below)

● Parking at CCAE

● Horses and horse trailers park at CCAE Parking Lot 1


Equestrian entries MUST pick up after their horses not only during the parade but before and after, in the streets and in the parking lots. If anyone leaves a mess, find out what group it is and let one of the Parade Co-Chairs know. 


The parade will begin on Escondido Blvd near USPS.


Flatbed Locations/Announcing

● Judges - Grand: Maple Plaza

● Announcers Station 1 - Grand : Maple Plaza

● Announcers Station 2 - Broadway & Sherman Pl

The Awards Ceremony is at 12:30pm at the Grape Day Park Train Depot. The Multicultural Holiday Festival will be taking place at Grape Day Park from 11am-5pm. There will be food, performances, etc. 

Port-a-potties located at: 

● Grand & Maple 

● Escondido Blvd & Woodward (CCAE Parking lot)

● Broadway & E Pennsylvania 


**Trash cans will be available throughout the route of the parade and the CCAE parking lot to help with littering. Thank you for your cooperation in helping us keep Escondido clean.**

The 73rd Annual Jaycees Christmas Parade Route

Parade starts southbound at Escondido Blvd and Woodward then goes left on Grand.  After turning left on Broadway it will turn left on Woodward and end near the Boys and Girls Club.  

Parade Participant and Volunteer Map

Volunteers check-in between 7:15 am and 7:30 am.  Participants check-in between 7:30 am and 8:30 am.


See the map for parking areas for parade participants and Jaycees volunteer parking.  Please DO NOT park in the Multicultural Fair parking shown in red on the map.
